A booking is confirmed when we agree on the tour, activity, date, price, and main details with you by email, WhatsApp, or another written message.
Please check all booking details carefully before confirming, including travel dates, number of travelers, pickup location, route, included services, and final price.
Prices are based on the type of tour or activity, number of travelers, travel dates, accommodation level, transport type, and included services.
If you request changes after confirmation, the price may change. This can include changes to the route, accommodation, activities, number of travelers, travel dates, or pickup/drop-off location.
Best Morocco Adventures does not currently use an online payment gateway on the website.
If a deposit or payment is needed to confirm your booking, the payment method will be discussed directly with you by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication method.
Any remaining balance should be paid as agreed before the tour or on the day of the tour.
Included services are listed in your tour, activity, or booking description. These may include private transport, driver, local guide, accommodation, breakfast, dinner, camel ride, desert camp, pickup, drop-off, or activity equipment depending on the selected package.
Only services clearly mentioned as included are part of the price.
Unless clearly mentioned in your booking, the following are not included: flights, ferry tickets, travel insurance, lunches, drinks, entrance fees, tips, personal expenses, extra activities, and anything not listed as included.
If you want to change your travel date, pickup place, route, accommodation, or activity, please contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to help, but changes depend on availability and may involve extra costs.
Sometimes we may need to adjust a route, activity, hotel, camp, or schedule because of weather, road conditions, safety reasons, local events, accommodation availability, or situations outside our control.
If changes are needed, we will try to keep the experience as close as possible to the original plan.
Pickup details must be confirmed before the tour or activity. If your hotel or riad is located in a place where vehicles cannot enter, we may arrange pickup from the nearest accessible point.
Travelers should be ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays may affect the program or reduce the time available for the tour or activity.
Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas if required, travel insurance, and any documents needed to enter Morocco or continue their trip.
Travelers should inform us before booking about any health conditions, mobility needs, food allergies, or special requirements that may affect the trip.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical needs, trip cancellation, travel delays, lost luggage, and personal accidents.
Best Morocco Adventures is not responsible for costs caused by illness, missed flights, lost luggage, personal injury, delays, or other personal travel problems.
Accommodation is arranged based on the category agreed during booking. Hotels, riads, and desert camps depend on availability at the time of confirmation.
If a planned hotel, riad, or camp is not available, we will offer a similar option when possible.
Some activities, such as camel rides, quad biking, motorbike tours, hot air balloon flights, buggy rides, or Agafay experiences, may depend on weather, safety conditions, or provider availability.
If an activity cannot operate for safety reasons, we will try to offer another time, alternative activity, or refund according to the provider’s policy.
Travelers must follow safety instructions from drivers, guides, and activity providers.
We may refuse or stop a service if a traveler behaves in a dangerous, abusive, disrespectful, or unsafe way.
Travelers are responsible for their own luggage, money, documents, phones, cameras, and personal items during the trip.
Best Morocco Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings unless the loss was directly caused by our proven negligence.
Best Morocco Adventures is not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or extra costs caused by events outside our control. This may include bad weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government actions, pandemics, or other unexpected events.
We try to keep all information on our website accurate and updated. However, routes, prices, hotels, activities, and services may change depending on season, availability, and local conditions.
Photos on the website are used to show the general experience. Exact rooms, vehicles, camps, meals, or landscapes may vary depending on the package, season, and availability.
