Refund Policy:

At Best Morocco Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for tours, desert trips, day trips, transfers, and activities booked with us.

Cancellation by the traveler

All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing by email or WhatsApp. The cancellation date is counted from the day we receive your written request.

Private tours and desert trips

For private Morocco tours and desert trips:

Cancel 15 days or more before the tour start date: deposit refunded, minus any bank or transfer fees.

Cancel 7 to 14 days before the tour start date: 50% of the deposit may be refunded, unless hotels, riads, camps, or other providers are already non-refundable.

Cancel less than 7 days before the tour start date: deposit is non-refundable.

No-show on the tour date: no refund.

Day trips and activities

For Marrakech activities, day trips, camel rides, quad biking, motorbike tours, Agafay experiences, transfers, and similar services:

Cancel 48 hours or more before the activity: full refund, minus any bank or transfer fees.

Cancel 24 to 48 hours before the activity: 50% refund may be offered depending on the provider and booking conditions.

Cancel less than 24 hours before the activity: no refund.

No-show: no refund.

Weather-based activities

Some activities depend on weather and safety conditions, such as hot air balloon flights, quad biking, camel rides, motorbike tours, and outdoor desert activities.

If an activity is canceled by the operator because of unsafe weather or safety reasons, we will try to offer a new date, an alternative activity, or a refund according to the provider’s policy.

If the traveler cancels after the activity is confirmed, the normal cancellation rules apply.

Non-refundable services

Some services may become non-refundable once confirmed, including hotels, riads, desert camps, special event bookings, private transport already arranged, entrance tickets, train tickets, ferry tickets, or last-minute bookings.

If any part of your booking is non-refundable, we will inform you when possible.

Changes instead of cancellation

If you cannot travel on your original date, contact us as early as possible. When possible, we may move your booking or deposit to a new date or another tour.

Changes depend on availability, season, supplier rules, and the type of service booked. Extra costs may apply if the new date, hotel, route, or activity has a different price.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late for a tour, transfer, or activity, the service time may be reduced. Refunds are not guaranteed for missed time caused by late arrival.

If you miss the service completely because of late arrival or no-show, no refund will be offered.

Cancellation by Best Morocco Adventures

If we must cancel a tour or activity because of safety issues, serious weather conditions, road closures, or other important reasons, we will offer a new date, an alternative service, or a refund depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for extra costs caused by cancellations outside our control, such as flight changes, accommodation changes, or personal travel expenses.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days.

The final arrival time depends on your bank, transfer method, or payment service. Bank fees, transfer fees, card fees, or exchange rate differences are not refundable.
